I can't get my autoresponder to work
Solution
Setting up your capture page with an autoresponder is by far the trickiest thing to do within YCSN and we recognize this. There are a few things which you need to verify:
1. Do you have an account with either Aweber, Get Response or GVO?
If you answered yes then continue.
If you answered no, then singup for one of them first. We recommend using Aweber as its the easiest to setup. Signup for Aweber here -

2. Did you watch the instructional video?
If you answered no, then please do so as it is very detailed
If you answered yes, then please continue
3. Did you create a new campaign/list within your autoresponder account?
If you answered no please refer to the video and do that.
If you answered yes, please ensure you have added your campaign/list name in your YCSN back office by logging into at
http://www.youcantsayno.com/mem/
and clicking on "Account Details" in the top navigation bar. Scroll down to the section "Capture Page Information" and input the name in the respected field. THIS ABSOLUTELY NEEDS TO BE SPELLED/CAPITALIZED AS IT APPEARS IN YOUR AUTORESPONDER ACCOUNT!! No Ifs ands buts about it...it will not work if this is not the SAME!
4. Did you add the email messages to your campaign/list?
If you answered no please do this. Refer back to step 2 above.
If you answered yes, please ensure you activated your campaign/list within your autoresponder. Some times by default the campaign/list is deactivated or pending.
5. If all else fails please submit a support ticket to us
