My email queue is not reflecting the number of emails I uploaded.
Solution
We are aware that the queued email number is not reporting an accurate number. Please be aware that we have temporarily lifted the daily quota restrictions in an effort to ensure the system runs more smoothly for everyone during this transition period to the new mailer system. We are manually running the queue multiple times per day so instead of having to wait for your email to be sent out 2,500 per day, we are actually processing your entire queue up to a max of 15,000 emails per day. Please submit a support ticket attention to Chad if you have any further questions.
