When I try to login I get an error which says my account is inactive...what do I do?
Solution
This error is returned for a few reasons.
If you are a free tour taker and have not upgraded your account to a pro level, then you are most likely logging into the wrong URL. Free tour takers must login at
http://freetour.youcantsayno.com
If you are a paid pro member, and you are receiving this message it is generally due to a billing issue. Perhaps your credit card expiration date has expired and needs updated. It can also occur due to your credit card simply having been declined. Either way, if you wish to update your credit card information with us please visit
https://www.youcantsayno.com/updatecc.php
and we will update your account. Please note this can take up to 24 hours for this change to occur and clear our system and the payment gateway.
