We have implemented a new support ticket system. If you have open tickets in the old system do not worry as we can still access those and respond to them. The tickets stored in the previous system will be held on file for 60 days (expiring March 17, 2010). You can access the old system to review your previous tickets by clicking here.We made the decision to switch software to provide you with a more integrated system. There is now a knowledge base built in. Be sure to check out the knowledge base for more detailed answers to your questions before submitting a support ticket as it may answer your question faster.

PLEASE NOTE: Billing Cancellation Requests may take up to 48 hours to fully complete the cycle through our billing system. Please ensure you are allowing at least 72 hours prior to the renewal of your account before the end of your monthly renewal. Failure to do so may result in your account being billed during the cancellation process.
